Since these services are personalized and scheduled specifically for each devotee, they cannot be physically returned.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation:
• Before the scheduled start time of the Puja service
• By contacting us via email or phone
Once the Puja ritual has commenced, cancellation will not be accepted.
💳 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment made by the customer
